Spooking the Mantle

I really never seem to know what to do with this awkward corner fireplace. Between the dark paneling and the need for better light it usually is the depressing corner.

 I didn't do to much fall-ish decorating here knowing it would soon be redone into a more haunted feel.

And now the transformation!

I still need to find my spiders that I have to add to the webbing but I just do not know where they are at the moment. So you will just have to imagine them crawling all along the webbing. LOL!

Both the books and head are motion sensored to move and talk but they can get very annoying after awhile.

I figured if the corner is already on the dark side why not take it all the way . Joining (late) Metamorphosis Monday with Susan at Between Naps on the Porch.
