Hello Ladies! I was debating about what to show today and came up with my vintage hats and women's garments.
I apologize for the flash glare, I tried everything to do without it but all my pics came out way too dark!
I found this beautiful piece at a yard sale and could not pay for it fast enough!
The dress in the back was an "extra" thrown in with other items I bought at an auction. I really didn't like it at first, but have since then learned to love it.
Of course some of my purse collection add some sparkle to my display.
I love the rose in the center!
The furs are all given to me from my mom. I know she NEVER wore them, not too sure even where they came from. Wearing them years ago was a wealth statement I guess.
Even the buttons are lace covered.
This weeks parties are at:

I love all of those dresses. I've taken them in the past and put them in cool tea dye to make them seem even older or from a prarie many years ago. I too love lace and work with it often in my craft. Thanks for having me. Tammy

ReplyDeleteThese are all very pretty! I have a couple of fur collars and can't wait for it to be cold enough to pull them out. Debbie

I love the filet crochet on the chemise. Wonder if that was hand done and if the piece was part of a bride's trousseau...?
