With Valentine's Day approaching , I thought I would show you some of my wedding items. I found this wedding photo at a yard sale for $3. I wish I knew more about them but no matter it had to come home.
This doll I remember ever since I was little. Her dress is yellow with age but I like it that way.
No bridal bouquet here. The whole wedding party wore corsages.
A vintage beaded crown from a wedding veil made of pearls and crystals.
Maybe I will leave this on my table for our wedding anniversary. We will be married 18 years on the 13th. How time flies when your having fun!

That wedding doll...I have something similar to that one myself---a Christmas present from Santa some 50+ years ago. Boy now I feel like an antique myself. LOL

Oh, you definitely should leave that display up for your anniversary...and add your wedding picture to the vignette, as well. I had a doll similar to that one when I was a little girl. Unfortunately, I have no idea what happened to it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking to the party each week. ;)
