Pink Saturday and Lunch

It's time again for Beverly's pink Saturday.
Since it is such a nice day we could have an afternoon snack on the porch.

We are not having anything fancy just some sandwiches and fresh fruit. The heat here makes one almost not want to eat!

Hope you brought along your sunglasses it is a little bright out.
I just love this pillow! This is one of the last things my late mother gave me.
Here is a touch of pink on my teapot.

Can you see my pink gazing ball in the background?
Even our mimosa tree is full pink bloom!
Thanks for joining me and be sure to stop by Beverly's at How Sweet the Sound to see all the other great contributers to pink Saturday.

  2. Hi Terry Sweetie...
Happy Pink Saturday and what a beautiful share. I have my seat and I thank you kindly for the spot of tea. It was so lovely of you.

I adore the tea pot and the glasses with the roses are so beautiful. Delicate to be exact.

The gazing ball in the background sure gave the table a beautiful effect. I love that little clock also. Time for tea ofcourse.

I have never seen an oil lamp in pink. How refreshing it looks on your table.

Now that mimosa tree is DDG. I have not seen one in bloom since we lived in Oklahoma 25 years ago. It is strikingly beautiful. It never failed that each Summer we would have to have ours sprayed as it would get at least one nest of web worms. Yours is so beautiful. They make the nicest shade.

Thank you for sharing with me today. Have a beautiful Saturday sweetie, and please stop by and let me share my pink post with you.

    Country hugs sweetie...Sherry

  5. Hi Terry...what a lovely table you have set for Pink Saturday. Love the vintage rose plates...I have a Platter in that pattern and your plates are the first other pieces I've seen. Do you have other pieces? Nice pictures and I do love the Mimosa tree blooms.

  6. Terry, what a lovely lunch spot... everything on the table is so pretty in pink! And that is such a sweet pink pillow.

I don't think that anything says the South to me like mimosas. We had then in our yard growing up, and I loved their little blossoms. They reminded me of pink powder puffs or girls in pink ballet tutus.

    Happy Pink Saturday...

    XO,

    Sheila :-)
